Homeowner will receive weekly updates at a minimum
Once we submit your home retention application, we regularly follow up with the lender, even daily if needed. You are always kept in the loop on the negotiations of your loan modification.
May be able to stay in home as a tenant
If you can't refinance and your lender is not offering a solution, then the Homeowner may be eligible to stay and rent back in an investor acquisition scenario.
